Shirasu-Don

Hi there!

I've been busy because I created a company.

So I haven't had time to update my blog.

But, now I feel comfortable!!

Recently, I go to Kamakura every day because my client's office is there.

Have you hard of Kamakura?

There are many temples and a Great Buddha statue :)

So Kamakura is a famous sightseeing spot!!


Today I'll show you the Shirasu-Don that is said to be delicious in Kamakura :P

So what is Shirasu anyways?

Shirasu are baby sardines!

If you want to ear raw Shirasu-Don, you should not go to Kamakura from January to March because it's the fisheries's off-season.

Other than that, you can eat Shirasu-Don.

There are many Shirasu-Don restaurants!!
