Nibotan is restaurant's name.
It is a niboshi past restaurant.
And, niboshi is small dried sardines.
The restaurant doesn't have a homepage.
So it is difficult to find the restaurant online!
I couldn't find a blog about it in English...
And the restaurant is on an office street, so it's close on Sundays.
